OK, so let's start out with the obvious. This is a textbook. However, unlike so many textbooks, this book was well-organized, had good information with plenty of examples, and has actually helped me put more thought into my speeches. To conclude, it HELPED! Definitely do the reading - if your case is similar to mine, it will enhance your public speaking skills and confidence.
