** spoiler alert ** This book is a really extrordinary book. It was a shame that Anna died in the end. All of the characters had changed emotionally too. I was kinda disapointed with this book, because Anna had to go through so much just to get her parents' attention when she could have just said no to the kidney transplant. And then she dies. Well thats a bit of a waste.

I love memoirs. This one was amazing. It made me fell one thousand times more sane. I laughed, I cried. It was awesome.

This book is very fun and easy to read. I like the way how the author switches back and forth between the point of view of the the French orphan, the two British brother-sister and the spy. I think it is very clever and it makes me want to continue reading the book chapter after chapter. I think the story is interesting. I like the way the story is set in WW2, which makes the story a lot more interesting. I really want to recommend this book anyone who want fun and easy book to read. The book is definitely entertaining. I especially want to recommend this to the Cherub, because i heard that the style of writing is very similar. Overall, I think this book is a great book to read during free time.

Another book which reminded me of how lucky I am, and how fortunate most citizens of the USA are. So many people world-wide lead such difficult lives, dealing with wars, disease, lack of personal freedom, terror, etc, and this book describes several during the seige of Sarajevo several years ago. It had some similarities to Scott Simon's "Pretty Birds" which I also liked.
