I'm currently reading this book as my son enters the terrible 2's and Philip and I are desperately trying to read up on what our disciplinary approach will be as parents.

She's just not as good as Kinsella. The plot took ages to get going, her writing was only funny every now and then... even for a vacation read, it was pretty shallow.

Short and sweet with a nice story. I was surprised to find that I liked this book, and I read the whole thing in a few hours.

Crescendo was a great read. I feel Becca's writing has become even better. She pulls you right into Nora's every thought. Sometimes I felt like I was screaming inside saying, "Nora, please don't say that out loud, please." She just had to keep her pride. I am so looking forward to the next book in the series, Silent.
