Pohl is usually pretty good. The book was terrible. I kept waiting for it to be done. When it was...I asked why in the world did I read it. A waste of time.

"Ecstasy. That's a lot to ask of words, especially of words on the page. But if you respond to the poetry of DeLillo's meticulously worked prose, this novel will make you smile; if you think your way through the thematic puzzle, the convoluted notions about the grammar of language and the laws of time, it will stretch you; if you feel your way past the edges of a massive bereavement, it will dredge you. Imagine that: a stretched, dredged, smiling you." from http://www.nytimes.com/books/01/02/04...

This is the second time that I have read this book and I enjoyed it more today. I gave it four stars before but I want to give it a five this time.

I had a hard time putting this one down.

This book was such a heart warming book that I could not put down. Just a true amazing book. A must read in my opinion.
