It seems like everyone is recommending this book nowadays. Passe as I may sound in doing, I fully recommend The Time Traveller's Wife. I am a sucker for both romantic fantasies and books with deceptively simple messages, and this book satisfied both of my indulgences. Most impressive about the book is its narrative structure; since time doesn't unfold in a straightforward way for Henry, the protagonist, the story is not told chronologically, but thematically, detailing the highs, lows, and breakthroughs of his relationship with Clare in a way that one might follow a normal relationship, if its high-water marks jumped around in time. Love is a fantastic concept in and of itself, which makes romantic fantasy, for me, particularly rewarding. If you do not like this book, then I have one wish for you, and that's that nobody ever appear from the future and profess his love to you.

Unique fantasy book by Eduardo Spohr, never seen anything like that in the brazilian literature. Influenced by Sandman, Preacher, Tolkien, H.P.Lovecraft and other modern authors, he brought some fast-paced action and solid narrative mixing both real and fiction worlds. Deserve all the hype and can't wait for the movie :)
