I usually don't like it when people pick on religion, but Dawkins was so thorough in relating what his specific peeves with religion are (rather than the ubiquitous non-specific mocking and ranting that I hear too much of) that it really worked for me. Despite his chapter on why agnosticism makes no sense, especially for a scientist, I'm still putting myself in that category. But this book made me feel much more comfortable with the idea of atheism. I enjoyed it more and more the farther I got into the book.
