Not particularly well written and lots of typos (which is really annoying in a published book), also lots of religious references which are not my favorite, but a remarkable man and a really progressive priest doing important work in the Philippines. His over-land trip from Ireland to India to work with Mother Teresa is what got me to keep reading.

This book was really eye-opening for me. It gave such a good overview of the Interpersonal approach to therapy, and it was a really easy read.
