The book Eagle Strike by Anthony Horowitz is about a kid named Alex who works for M16 a spy organization. He goes to Europe on a vacation with Sabina and his guardian Jack because his parents and his uncle died. Then an attempted murder on Sabina's dad happens and Alex knows who commited it, the person that killed his uncle. Then he connects it to one of the most famous music star in the world and he goes out to prove to everyone that he is a crimnal. I can connect to self when Alex has to do things by himself. Usually he has M16 help him out: give gadgets, money but this time M16 disagrees with Alex. I have to usally do things by myself, like staying home, getting home from school and buying things for my parents. This way i can tell how Alex feels without having something as a backup plan just in case something happens. I give this book a four out of five stars because I liked how there was a strugle that Alex has to do to get people to believe him. I usually like it when the "good" guys have a struggle or lose because it's more realistic instead of having the "good" guys always winning. I didn't like that it was so undetailed and the book felt like it was being rushed. Except for the detailed Prologue which talks about the past the book is rushed and you sometimes don't know how the setting looks like or what it could look like. I did like that there was a prologue connecting to the ending in a really special way that makes you think how that happened and you would have to read the next book.

Shocking!!! I love the way she writes ... as if she is struggling to hold back a tsunami of anger in order to give a dignified presentation.
