love love LOVEEE ! i was initially sad to see the vampire academy series end because i thought i would miss all my favorite characters. but with so many familiar faces in the book i know this will fill the hole left in my by VA end. I do wish there was a bit of Lissa, but i love that it's from Sydney's POV and i love that we get to see more about what Jill is like. (view spoiler) but overall, this was a great start to the series and i can't wait to see what else Mead has in store.
