I have just finished reading this book. I was quite impressed and found out a few things about Reagan, Gorbachev, and Bush that I did not know before. Gorbachev ended the Cold war through circumstances that he really helped put into place. Reagan encouraged Gorbachev to do what was needed. Also, Reagan almost turned 360 degrees on his views of Russia. I thought this was just an excellent read and I would encourage others to read it.

I really expected more from this book; especially after reading all of the Twilight Series, but with that said--I did enjoy it. It was slow in the beginning and I couldn't tell if it was going anywhere, but once it picked up--the pace stayed steady. I wish she would have been a little more descriptive at the end with the Mel/Wanda separation. I was left feeling like I needed more, so I wonder if there will be a second book to this one.
