First, be warned - it's NOTHING like Blade Runner, the film very loosely based upon it. Both treatments are strong in their own ways, but having seen the film first, it's tough not comparing & critiquing the two, which isn't really fair to PKD (or Ridley Scott). The themes and situations are classic Phil Dick, though...an awesome read.
