I didn't love this one as much as the other two fractured fairytale books by Alex Flinn. don't get me wrong, it's a really enjoyable book, but this one lacked the romance of her previous two. (The romance was what sucked me in with Beastly.) I liked all the different elements of fairy tales in this one; there's more diversity than in the other books. I had read a good number of the original tales, and it was great to see them woven together into a great adventure yarn. I think this book is more suited to younger readers than the other two; talking animal, witches and magic cloaks...
