My sister gave me this book and I read it and we thought it was a very good book. Never gave it another thought. Then my sister died in a car accident and I read it again and the pages seemed to take on an entirely different meaning for me. I understand it now, and this book will always hold a special place in my heart because of it's meaning in my life and because my sister felt the need to tell me to read it. I have always believed that people don't find books, the books find the people and this book found me and I'm a better person because of it.

Wow! This series is SO good! I was a little taken back by the ending of the first book, but now that I've read the second one (although it didn't fix my earlier problem, or weirdness with the book) I have developed a love for the characters and am swept away by this series! Although it is midnight and I have to wake up early for work, I have to start reading the third book. I'm so rooting for Jace and Clary! Is that sick? lol.
